lyk__ke – Hoodie
We’re happy to share our new Hoodie, designed by the incredible Lydia Henkel @lyk___ke . After her stunning cover artwork for frag:002, we’re thrilled to continue collaborating with Lydia on this unique project.
The artist lives and works in Dresden. In her processual examination of architecture, bodies, materials, and tattoos, she links moments of experience and memory. My skin always hurts. Parallels between houses and bodies circle around the notions of house bodies/body houses, who owns them, who inhabits them, and under what conditions security can emerge. Facades that crumble, skin that tears, vulnerability that is allowed—thinking about new ways of solidary care. Can you comb my hair? Transience does not trigger fear in the artistic confrontation, but is the foundation for the perception of the ephemeral and the question of what we want to hold on to.
